The operations division is overseen by Captain Gloria Graham. The division is comprosed of three primary areas:  patrol, investigations & communications.  

Each of the three patrol watches are overseen by a Lieutenant (Watch Commander) and two sergeants who serve as first line supervisors, Public Safety Officers and Community Service Officers. 

Two full-time investigators are assigned to facilitate investigations within the USC Community.  They work collaboratively with detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department. 

Our state of the art Communications Center is staff by operators trained in emergency and non-emergency law enforcement dispatch techniques.
