In building a stronger foundation that supports our Trojan family as it responds to the rapid transformation of higher education, we are introducing the first consistent performance management process for all staff across the institution.

Beginning in 2014, USC Talent Management will support the new Workday Performance Management system implementation providing:

  • Comprehensive online training
  • Workday Forums
  • Just-in-time resource tools (Developing SMART goals, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Performance Review Forms)
  • Email scripts for HR/Managers to send employees to support the Performance Management process
