| VIOLENCE IN THE WORKPLACE |
| The university has a policy against “Violence in the Workplace”. Violence is very broadly defined as any type of intimidation or belligerent behavior, as well physical threats and contact. It is a zero tolerance policy. The policy may be found at http://policies.usc.edu/policies/complaint/violencestaff120106.pdf When a complaint is made that the policy may have been violated, the Risk Management Department is responsible for conducting an investigation.
