As USC strives to meet the ambitious goals outlined in the most recent Plan for Increasing Academic Excellence, it is imperative that all within the organization function at the highest level possible.  To help support the University in meeting our organizational objectives, Career Services (a division of Career and Protective Services - CAPS), has created a comprehensive, integrated approach to performance management.  It is our hope to promote best practices within the USC community surrounding employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, and performance improvement through a model we call “Performance Excellence.”
