CERTIFICATE IN INTERPERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Last fall we introduced an exciting addition to our very popular certificate programs: the Certificate in Interpersonal Effectiveness!  The six required courses will cover a variety of interpersonal skills, including effective listening, influencing, communicating in a diverse environment, developing positive customer relationships, and others.
