Trojan Talent Management (TTM) is an integrated, highly imaginative department that is active and visible throughout USC. The Total Talent Management approach strives to integrate and optimize all activities in the employment lifecycle in the effort to optimize overall performance and institutional success. TTM is a progressive, energized, partner, serving as a role model for other organizations, and is considered a great place to work. Our TTM staff are recognized as talent leaders who demonstrate a high level of expertise, and create next practices that deliver high-impact results. We accomplish this through creative partnership, relentless execution and unbounded innovation. The Performance Excellence Initiative is producing extraordinary results within CAPS and is being embraced as a valuable and viable talent management model within the university.
