Our TTM staff are recognized as talent leaders who demonstrate a high level of expertise, and create next practices that deliver high-impact results. We accomplish this through creative partnership, relentless execution and unbounded innovation. The Performance Excellence Initiative is producing extraordinary results within CAPS and is being embraced as a valuable and viable talent management model within the university.
