Quick Tips and Resources
There may be times after attending a Professional Development workshop (such as Tools for Time Management, Meetings Management or Providing Exceptional Customer Service) where it would be helpful to have additional resources at your fingertips that provide guidance on how to implement skills discussed in class. For example, you might be faced with a situation where you need guidance on how to delegate a task to a student worker, lead an important meeting, or handle a challenging customer.
