Mary Campbell |
|
Mary joined
USC as Director of Professional Development in 2000. Prior to USC, Mary
worked for ten years at three California State University campuses as a
part-time faculty member teaching undergraduate and graduate courses for
the departments of psychology and business. She holds a B.A. in Psychology
from the University of California at Irvine, a M.A. in Psychology from
California State University at Fresno, as well as a M.S. and a Ph.D. in
Organizational Behavior from The California School of Professional Psychology
focusing on all types of human behavior and performance issues within the
context of the workplace. |

John Zivi |
|
John joined USC's Professional Development in 1998. He has extensive experience in the field of training and development, and has helped create several Professional Development programs such as Providing Exceptional Customer Service, The ABC's of Supervision and Tools for Time Management. Prior to USC, John was a trainer and facilitator in the health care and transportation industries. He holds a B.A. in Communications from DePaul University and a number of professional certifications in such areas as leadership skills, interpersonal communication and customer service. |

Brad Deibel |
|
Brad joined USC's Professional Development in July of 2006. Prior to USC, Brad lived in Chicago where he worked at Allstate Insurance Company specializing in organizational development and effectiveness. Previously he worked for Accenture where he was a consultant focusing on organizational development, training and communication for financial services clients across the country. Brad has his B.S. in Education with a major in Learning and Organizational Change, and a minor in Sociology from Northwestern University. |

Joyce Fernandez |
|
Joyce joined USC in 1991 in the School of Cinema-Television, where she worked in fundraising as Director of Development until 1999. After completing a certificate in human performance technology with the USC/American Society of Training and Development Institute, she joined the Professional Development team. Her professional background includes extensive experience in the private sector in sales, marketing and public affairs. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a number of professional certifications in business and facilitation. |

Cherie Hudson-Whittlesey |
|
Cherie started with the USC Professional Development in October of 2007. Her career history has been in education, training and development since 1982 and has worked with the University of Hawaii~Continuing Education, Bank of Hawaii, CompUSA Training Centers and the YWCA. Cherie has delivered education and training throughout Colorado, California, Hawaii and the South Pacific. She has a Bachelor’s in Human Relations with a minor in Education from the University of Hawaii and has taken graduate classes in Organizational Change and Development through the Hawaii Pacific University.

Jennifer Fisher |
|
Jennifer joined USC’s Professional Development in June of 2006. Prior to joining the team, Jennifer was employed in the field of worker’s compensation. Her professional background also includes Marketing, Sales, and Operations Mananger of a fitness club and day spa. Jennifer attended the University of California, Berkeley where she majored in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic Studies. She is currently working towards completing her B.A. in Sociology and aspires to pursue a Masters Degree in Social Work.

Jessica Morales |
|
Jessica joined the Professional Development team in 2002. Before coming to USC, she worked at the Automobile Club of Southern California for seven years as a legal secretary. In this role, Jessica managed all administrative functions for 5 attorneys and their clients. Her duties ranged from correspondence and scheduling to the coordination of court documents. Jessica's prior background also includes the hospitality industry. She is currently pursuing her B.A. degree in Sociology.
