Online Course Information

Access Instructions for Employees

Employees will receive a direct link from our vendor, Workplace Answers, to their individual online course via their USC email account or whatever email account is on file with the AIS payroll system.  Be sure to not share this link with other faculty since it is a unique link for each individual.  If you did not receive a link to the course via email, please contact harassmentprevention@caps.usc.edu or call 213-740-5885.

If you have already completed the online training or an in-person training session:
Your completion record will remain on file and no additional action is necessary.

If you have not completed the online training or an in-person training session:
You will receive an email from our vendor, Workplace Answers, which includes your unique link to the staff online harassment prevention course.  Please look for an email from “workplaceanswers.com" with a subject line of “Course Registration for [Your Name].”  Also do not forward this link to other staff members since this link is unique to each staff member.

2009 will be a new training year. At that time all staff and faculty will be required to take a new version of the online course.
