2007 is a new training year
In the spirit of USC’s Code of Ethics, the Board of Trustee mandate and California State law, each employee is responsible for completing the required harassment prevention courses and remaining current on related USC policies and procedures.

New employees should receive their training link within the first 3 weeks of employment from our vendor WorkPlace Answers and will have 60 days to compelte the training.
Completion Deadlines for the 2007 Training Year
- All campuses will take the course Aug. 13 – Oct. 31, 2007*
- * Please note the staff deadline has been extended to Nov. 16, 2007 due to the technical issues experienced on the staff version. The faculty deadline is still Oct. 31, 2007.
- New employees will need to complete training within 60 days of employment
All full time and part time employees (staff and faculty) are expected to complete the 2007 course:
- Even if you completed any/all courses in 2005 and 2006
- Even if you did not have to complete a course in 2005 and 2006
- Even if you completed a similar course at a previous employer
Who Must Participate?
- All part-time and full-time faculty and staff
- Union employees
- Research associates (which includes)
- Post Doctoral Fellow Teaching Associates
- Research Associates
- Research Associates, Senior
- Postdoctoral Research Associates
- Volunteer faculty
- Student workers who are supervisors
Excluded at This Time:
- Research assistants
- Student workers
- Sub-contractors
- Temporary Workers
