2008 Great Colleges to Work For

in the category or Professional/Career Development!

A survey of 15,000 staff and faculty from 89 colleges and universities was conducted by the Chronicle of Higher Education to determine some of the best colleges and universities to work for by evaluating a number of key categories.  Survey results revealed that USC ranked in the Top 5 among all large university respondents in the category of Professional/Career Development Programs.  What a great opportunity to be reminded that employees value the opportunity to grow and learn new skills that will help them perform better on the job, and prepare them for future career opportunities.  Thank you for supporting the development of our USC workforce!
