Performance Improvement Consulting
Professional Development assesses your department’s performance needs and recommends
solutions such as customized training, executive coaching, team building, leadership development, and creation of a system to support behavior change.

Customized Programs and Workshops
We offer one to three-day courses for faculty and staff covering a variety of topics from interpersonal communication to business writing. These workshops are available either through open calendar, or can be customized for your unit.
