Silent Witness Fire Incident Report form

Silent Witness is a program to allow for the anonymous submission of suspected criminal fire activity that occurs on the University Park Campus, Health Science Campus or surrounding communities.  Submitted information will be reviewed by our Investigative staff and appropriate action will be taken as warranted.
