Occupational Safety & Health

According to survey results, only 0.55% of the batteries sold in 2001 were recycled. USC is committed to ensuring
that all batteries generated from University operations are disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.

The Occupational Health & Safety Section is dedicated to promoting the health and safety of USC's staff, students and visitors, and to maintain a safe working environment through the dissemination of information, instruction, training and by regular auditing and monitoring.
