How do I know which disability plan I am enrolled in?

By looking at your pay voucher. The disability reductions are as follows:
USCSDI: State Disability Insurance USC Disab - USC Basic Disability Plan
USC ST Disab - USC Supplemental Disability Plan |

Will I see a reduction for Long Term Disability? |

No. The university funds the LTD. If you are enrolled in the Supplemental
Plan you are automatically enrolled in the LTD |

How long before I receive my benefits? |
| A: |
Benefits are usually received on your regular pay date, unless your disability
period begins after checks have been processed. In which case you will receive
benefits within five (5) working days, providing we have medical certification,
and all pertinent documentation from you and your department. |

and also by providing all requested information and paperwork in a timely
manner. |

Yes, USC's payroll dept wil continue to provide direct deposit provided
the USC Disability office recieves notification from Sedgwick prior to payroll "cut-off"
dates. |
